EyeUp is provided free of charge by NetSmiths Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17311406. It is offered as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows — it is, after all, a game about judging the middle of a line.
The app, its name and its identity belong to NetSmiths Ltd. You may not decompile, resell or misrepresent EyeUp, or pass it off as your own. Everything else a reasonable person would do with a free game is fine by us.
Your download and use of EyeUp through the App Store are also governed by Apple’s Media Services terms. If you opt in to leaderboards and achievements, conduct there is governed by Apple’s Game Center terms — play fair; the grid never lies.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
